Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
Items purchased on sale or under promotional offers, unless they are defective or damaged.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at info@ramsfashionjewellery.com within 48hrs of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return. and also please send opening video of parcel without any pause and edit.
Once your return request is approved, we will share the return shipping instructions.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
